“Noooooo!” screamed Jill with horror on her face.

“What has happened to my eggs-ellent husband?”

“He was planning to get a divorce with you!” exclaimed her sister, “that is why I pushed Jim in the frying pan!”

As the frying pan sizzled, Jim turned into fried egg and everyone had an egg-zilarating rave!

I took a hike through the fresh autumn forest and as the leaves rustled with the wind, it felt like I was listening to relaxing music. With animals gathering their last minute food to hibernate, it all seemed like a wonderful view. The carpet of leaves, squashed and wet, and the misty clouds hiding the sun, it looked amazing! The sound of singing always brightens my day, so does happy animals wandering around to explore. Nature is so beautiful!

I remember when there were poppies in London. I remember when there was lot’s of them. I remember when army fight for England and gave up there lives. Now their in the sky in heaven resting in peace. I remember when people were sad. I remember I walked through the church saying goodbye. Remember is the word of remembering the brave people that just gave up there lives for all of us. Most of them died but some of them lived but was still injured. I remember when everyone was full of tears. It was so sad and very bad when everybody was in black with a black umbrella in the dreadful rain. That’s how we remember remembrance day.

“Come on, it will be a laugh!” Jim encouraged “Just one potato!”

“Ok then!” bob gowned, plop the potato was in the glass.

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING!” the silence was deafening

World War III Aaron

World War III

“Mission Control!” I screeched as my ship came crashing down to the floor. “Mission Control!”

My heart was now pacing, sweat was oozing from my forehead like a waterfall. I was doomed! Feeling scared, I turned to the ship’s controls; I gazed out the windscreen to witness the beautiful land I was about to crash into. 30 seconds, 20 seconds. I was almost dead, 10 seconds then there was a…

A dark black mist covered my visor turning me blind. I stood up with dizziness making me sick. “Am I alive?” I asked myself as I pinched my wrist. My eyes finally opened to see the rocky disaster I just made. “Mission Control, are you there?” I asked as I whispered to my radio. The fumes of gas crept in horrendously, making me feel bad. All I could hear was footsteps and screams. I need help!

Knowing I made a mistake, I ran to the wrecked ship that used to be my home, I can’t leave, I can’t surrender. My mind was set on making it back to earth, I have to battle. All the strength in my muscles were taken by my exo suit, the armoured body work made the clothes 10 times heavier. I’m doing the right thing. Aren’t I?

Breathing heavily, I galloped towards enemy lines. Plasma pistols in hands, I hid behind some old rocks which laid stuck in the ground. I will win, even if I die doing it. Feeling courage’s, I took the first shot. It ricocheted between walls hitting the enemy on the head. “One down, hundreds to go” I muttered under my breath, while blowing the smoke off my gun. The mist covered my visor making me weak to the enemy. I wiped it off and carried on. As deadly as a 1000 foot drop, I blasted the enemies until there was one.

“This is my fight. Not yours!” I shouted while face to face with the boss of the enemy’s universe.

My heart was no beating fast, getting quicker by the second. I turned round and ran. Panting heavily, I found myself crouching behind some old debris which was laying alone on the ground. This was no longer a battle, it was a duel! Shots were fired viciously at each other destroying rocks and allies homes. ” Wait for him to fire,” I whispered, trying to convince myself that this was what I had to do. Instead, I snuck round the corner thinking this was a tactic to use. My plasma gun was still firm in my hand ready for any attacking situations. Feeling scared, I turned to face this beast. A shot was fired and he was dead!

Relieved and happy, I turned back to my spaceship – which was still destroyed on the ground- and got some rest. My eyes opened to see the planet once again, I shifted my body to take one last glance at my vehicle and staggered off. A sharp pain stuck me in the back, a sword went straight through my guts and through the other side of my body. Almost dead, I turned to face my murderer, it was the boss. He whispered slowly into my ear. “This is my fight, not yours…”

Disney Land persuasion By James

Posted by 6spupil | Posted in General News | Posted on 06-05-2015

Dear Miss Shadbolt,

I am requesting your permission, for us as year six, to all go on a trip to Disney land in Florida for all our hard work and dedication to are SAT’s. We would like to go there as a reward, these are the reasons why we should go.

My first point is that, after SAT’s we need fun also think of what with done, with gone up levels. It is almost certain that our teachers need a break and I don’t just mean a cup of tea and some rich tea biscuits, I mean a holiday. It is imposable to think they spend hours marking, although its Mr Sisterson job, he still deserves it, has he ever let u down? ( I assume not ).

In Addison the above point, I believe that stubbers is not enough. We deserve more ! If it is too much money wise, we could do some fun raising, for example:

  • A bake sale,
  • Car washing (teachers cars)
  • Raffle
  • Apple bobbing
  • BBQ

We can achieve so much when we all work together, don’t forget this is a once in a life time opportunity, such as riding with dolphins. Also, it will give us year six time to bond before secondary schools.

My final reason, is that it would be a sensational way to send us off and have a final blast also it would give u a bit of advising. Think of the head lines. Furthermore, we could even work out a deal with Disney, maybe even 20% off  and its probably there first 65 + people staying all together in years, we could even break a world-record.

Overall, I think I’ve summed it up quite a bit, so please respond your opinion and answer please. We deserve it ! To extend, Mister Sisterson quoted “It would be a terrific idea!”

Yours Hoping James

If you could see laughter,

then master your laughter,

it doesn’t last long,

until you get let down.

If you could see laughter,

how wonderful it would be,

my best friend Mia makes me laugh constantly,

it hurts my tummy but I do not care,

I love laughing any where.

If you could see laughter,

it will help you out,

don’t be sad,

it doesn’t work out.

If you could see laughter,

it would be great,

to see you smile,

once in a while.

Scrambling up the playground, i dived in the lunch queue with my lunch box dangling of my shoulder. “Finally!” I mumbled as I was sent in. I peered around searching for my best friends Abbi and Eloise. Spotted them! Whilst we was enjoying our delicious lunch the boys came over Lewis,Charlie,Regan and James and sat opposite us. We was all having so much fun, laughing and joking, Until the new boy Bob came over, he started to pour his food into the water jug. Disgusting! He thought it was funny until Mrs Hart came storming over. “What do you think you are doing!” she screamed. The silence was deafening…

Hey Zo Zo,

How’s you? Everything ok? A little birdie told me that you’re in a bit of trouble about whether to leave Eels island or not. Its probably a good idea to run away with your new BFF Dooby, but can you really trust him?

I’ve heard that this Dooby fella is pretty violent. What if he tries to hurt you? To be honest, he’s not my type! But, his mum knows my mum. How weird? Anyway, his mum said that he’s a right gentlemen! He could be the man of your dreams!

Hope to see you soon, love you lots.

Horror Story by Emma

I came to an old derelict building, there was no one else to be seen, just me. How old is this building? I thought to myself. The windows were smashed, the remaining glass wobbled in the window frame as the fresh winter air blew. A whistle came from behind me, I spun around… nothing was to be seen. ‘My mind is playing games with me,’ I thought. I plucked up the courage to go into the old building.
The door was already open because of the rough winter breeze. As I stepped into the house the floor boards made a creaking noise. My heart pounded causing thoughts to rush through my head. I looked ahead of me. I could smell  rotting flesh in the air… shivers were sent down my spine! I screamed. All of a sudden the door slammed behind me…
